Kayleigh / Leisure Team Member & Swim TeacherI chose an apprenticeship with SCL because of the number of qualifications available, learning on the job, gaining experience of the leisure industry alongside the qualifications. I have enjoyed all the courses, especially working on site with my colleagues and putting my new qualifications to use. I have gained workplace experience: Dealing with a wide range of people and working as part of a team, using my own initiative has helped my confidence grow. I would 100% recommend an apprenticeship to other young people. It is ideal for young people to learn and gain qualifications whilst in a working environment.

If your application is successful you will be contacted by email to attend an interview.
Step 3 - Assessment
Depending on the role you are applying for you may be required to complete an assessment prior or during your interview. This will be communicated to you once you accept your interview.
Step 4 - Onboarding
If you are successful you will then be contact by our HR department to start the onboarding process.
