Find a Gym

I would like to say what a great customer service I have experienced at Salford Sports Village since I joined SCL three weeks ago. The kind, smiling and welcoming ladies at the reception. The professional trainers who cater for all levels of abilities within their class. The instructors who patiently and attentively show how the machines in the gym work. Those who help out moving the bikes and preparing for the spinning classes and still find the time to acknowledge the customers and offer a nice smile. The centre is tidy, clean and kept in good working order. The team seem determined to do their best with what they have. So well done and your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

I had an induction with Gary White and wanted to let you know what a knowledgeable, courteous, patient, compassionate person he is. It was quite daunting for me just entering a gym. Gary took his time listening to me and explained my options. He is extremely knowledgeable about the reasons people use the gym and simplified how fitness and weight loss worked. At no stage did I feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely helpful and supportive and took things at my pace. I felt motivated after talking to him. I was extremely impressed and hope I get to achieve my goals under his guidance.

My daughter (12) came for her gym induction yesterday. She came home so happy! She said the instructor was really helpful with her, explaining how to use everything, set up the equipment etc, she can’t wait to come back!

Attended Irlam gym recently and would like to say the gym was spotless. It was busy but not over crowded. The staff member was checking the machines and talking to customers. The changing areas were clean and I will be recommending Irlam to a lot of my friends.
