Books@home customers receive a bespoke service from our library staff. They will select books/audio books for you, based on your tastes and deliver them directly to your door.

You can apply if you lived in Salford and are elderly, have limited mobility, have mental health difficulties, have a visual impairment, have a learning difficulty, are a carer or if you need the service on a temporary basis (i.e. while you recover from an operation or illness).

We also visit residential homes, daycare centres, social clubs, supported housing and community groups.

How do I access Books@Home?
